Your weight-loss journey at the St. Elizabeth Physicians Weight Management Center begins with a free information session. You must attend or view the information session for your chosen program prior to your first appointment, so that you come in with the knowledge you need to discuss program options with your physician. There are two options depending on which program you choose:

Surgical Weight-Loss Information Session

This free information session focuses exclusively on the bariatric surgery program. A surgical provider reviews the types of surgical options, and provides an overview of the entire program. The Surgical Weight-Loss Information Session is offered in-person at our Florence location.

ONLINE SURGICAL INFORMATION SESSION

Medical Weight-Loss Information Session

For patients interested in the non-surgical program, this free information session provides an in-depth look at our medical weight-loss program. The Medical Weight-Loss Information Session is offered in-person at our Florence location and Ft. Thomas Medical Office Building.
