All very good and helpful
She was concerned with more than just curing but preventing reoccurrence
I understand that this was the best situation for the day. However, the Nurse Practitioner didn't know me, or my health situations. It was Friday, she suggested I call back the following Thursday if I didn't feel better. Consequently I was in the Doctors Office on Tuesday. Even after explaining my health issues she was not interested in moving forward treating the issue at hand. I don't believe I will do Video Chat again or advise anyone else that service.
The care provider was very helpful and professional
I made the appointment for the convenience because I have a baby at home and it's hard to get out of the house. Tammy listened to my concerns and symptoms and took the best care of me. She also recommended testing for strep, Covid, and the flu to be on the safe side to provide the best care for me and to keep my baby safe. I am so appreciative of her for providing the best care when I couldn't come to an office to be assessed.
Tammy was wonderful. She listened to my explanation and described her recommendations very clearly.

My son had been sick for a couple of days and she refused to offer a doctors note for school that was missed. I felt she thought we were not being truthful and she absolutely judged us and the situation. I will not recommend her.
