This provider needs to work on her bedside manner. She did not look at my chart prior to meeting with me which resulted in her not understand why I was truly there. She showed no compassion. She did not do an assessment on me or even assess the area that I was concern. I would never go back to this provider.
Dr Ross actually cared about what I said
I believe the doctors and the nurses there plus the reception is very helpful
She listened, came up with a treatment plan & also discussed my upcoming hip surgery.
I've told others about that positive visit and I'll be going back soon.
