I felt Katie was very thorough, and I would be comfortable seeing her again, which I am, tomorrow.

Katie was terrific, and I was very appreciative of the level of concern and professionalism she showed for my issue (ear infection.) She listened to my symptoms and concerns, clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment course, and went above and beyond in calling in prescriptions and making that process easy for me. I would absolutely see her again for medical care.

To be honest, it wasn't her fault but I think this kind of treatment is ludicrous. It was like I was treating myself.

The provider seemed rushed. She didn't even come back into the room after leaving to retrieve phone numbers for me to consult with a dermatologist. The nurse came back with one phone number instead.
