You all simply do not care about my time nor my health. The entire appointment took 1.5 hours out of my day, with about 5 minutes total spent with a health care \"professional\", and I left with a diagnosis of \"don't know, some bad virus\" and \"you could go get some mucinex.\" Complete waste of my time, money, and very little energy I have left from being sick.

Always a pleasant experience dealing my provider and the staff. I am retired, St.Elizabeth Hospital, the services and staff is the only reason that I have not moved from the NKY area.
Jennifer was very kind and I could tell she really listened and cared. She referred me to a couple other resources within St. E as well as went ahead and scheduled a follow up appointment with her.
