What are Video Visits on Demand?
Video Visits on Demand make it easy to see a St. Elizabeth telehealth provider without leaving home. Whether you’re an existing patient or not, you can use this service for common issues like coughs, allergies or minor skin problems. You can often get a same-day appointment, even in the evening and on weekends. You simply need a computer or smart device that allows you to talk to a provider. I made the appointment for the convenience because I have a baby at home and it’s hard to get out of the house. Tammy listened to my concerns and symptoms and took the best care of me. She also recommended testing for strep, Covid, and the flu to be on the safe side to provide the best care for me and to keep my baby safe. I am so appreciative of her for providing the best care when I couldn’t come to the office to be assessed.
Told everyone I talked to that day what a great experience it was.
I found the whole teleconference experience to be quite amazing actually. Karen was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and sincere in her evaluation of me. Diagnosis was spot on, follow-up after testing happened very quickly. I really appreciated her and the process very much.
St. Elizabeth Physicians — Dec 12, 2023
This was one of the most wonderful “appointments” I have ever encountered at any St. Elizabeth Physicians office. I felt heard and understood and definitely cared about!
I was so sick and logged on to MyChart to see how I could contact my PCP. Instead, I found a video visit opening for 7:45 a.m., which was 10 minutes away. Great service. Quick. Friendly. Got my Rx called in and I was on my way to feeling better. So thankful.
This was my first telemedicine visit. I found it appropriate, pleasant and successful in every way.
