THe \"5s\" speak for themselves. I was seen by Fr. Gandola. He always shows caring interest in why I'm there and includes me in all health care decisions that need to be made. He knows quite expertly how to manage time he has with me. Though time alloted might be, for say, 15 minutes, you never feel you are on the clock. He gives the impression that we need not worry I'll give you all the time you need.

Dr Gandola and the nurse Princess always explain me so I can understand everything abo3 my heath.

Dr. Gandola seems to be a nice person but continuously asks me what I prefer when it comes to treatment. I was diagnosed with the Flu for which he said he could prescribe Tamiflu but told me to do research on it before he did so. I was extremely sick and did not want to take time to research a drug. He often times seems absent minded and doesn't instill a lot of confidence in the patient. I gave him another chance as his calendar always has availability but I am starting to understand why he has so much time available. I will be switching to a different doctor going forward.
