Administrative Fellowship
St. Elizabeth Physicians Administrative Fellowship
The St. Elizabeth Physicians Administrative Fellowship is a full-time program that offers the flexibility to accommodate an individual’s interests with exposure to a broad range of learning opportunities in a medical group and health system environment.
Throughout this program, fellows will be exposed to senior-level decision-making processes, participate in team decision-making activities, and work on projects with departments throughout the system. While the program is designed to attract and retain emerging talent in the field of healthcare administration, the fellows will lead and participate in projects that will ultimately contribute value to the organization’s strategic framework and operational initiatives.
The fellows will gain exposure to the key service lines, departments and core functions of the organization and gain experiences and benefits from formal, organizational and professional development opportunities. Additionally, current fellows will serve in a mentor role for incoming fellows through their onboarding process and into the first few months of the fellowship. St. Elizabeth Physicians offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
